Refund & Return Policy — Wall Paint Dubai

Wall Paint Dubai gives fast and high-quality wall painting services in Dubai. We also offer wallpaper, wall panels, wall cladding, skirting, ceiling work, and renovation. Our work is custom and done on-site. So our return and refund policy is different from a normal store policy. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

1. Service-Based Nature of Our Work

Our services (painting, wallpaper fixing, wall paneling, cladding, skirting, ceiling work, renovation, etc.) are customized and labour-based. Once a service has been completed as agreed, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. However, we stand behind the quality of our work. See our Satisfaction Guarantee below.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee & Rework

  • Not happy with the work? Maybe there is an error, defect, or mistake. Maybe it does not match the agreed colour, finish, design, or material. Please tell us within 48–72 hours of finishing the project.

  • We will check your concern. If it is valid, we will fix it for free.

  • Did you simply change your mind about a color you already approved? This counts as a new service. We will give you a separate quote for it.

3. Cancellations

  • Before work begins, you can cancel or reschedule your booking for free. Just do it at least 24 hours before your visit.

  • After work has started: Did you cancel a project midway? You must pay for materials used. You must also pay for labor and time already completed.

  • Deposits: Did you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice? Your deposit may not be refunded.

4. Materials & Products (Wallpaper, Panels, Paint Cans, etc.)

  • Unopened and unused materials can be returned or exchanged. This includes wallpaper rolls, paint tins, and panel boards. You have 7 days from the purchase date. The items must not be installed yet. They must be in original, undamaged, and resalable condition. You must also show proof of purchase.

  • Custom materials cannot be returned. This includes cut wallpaper, made-to-measure panels, and tinted or mixed paint. Once ordered or mixed, we cannot resell these items.

  • Installed materials cannot be returned. Once we apply or install materials, the return option ends.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds (e.g., for cancelled bookings or unused, returnable materials) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services that meet the agreed specifications.

  • Any deposit paid for booking a free consultation is fully refundable if the consultation is cancelled in advance.

6. Damages or Site Issues Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for some issues. This includes pre-existing wall or surface damage. It also includes structural problems. It also includes damage from factors outside our control, like moisture, weather, or other trades’ work. We may find these issues during or after the project. Any extra work needed to fix them will get a separate quote.
