All our wall panels and wall cladding come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty, covering any defects in material or manufacturing quality under normal use. If a defect is found within this period, we will repair or replace the affected panel/cladding free of charge.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, water exposure, accidental damage, exposure to extreme heat/moisture, or normal wear and tear.
Customized/made-to-order panels and cladding are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are manufactured specifically as per the customer’s chosen design, size, finish, or specifications.
Standard (non-customized) panels/cladding may be eligible for return only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging — please contact us for details.
