All our wallpapers come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty, covering any defects in material or printing quality under normal use. If a defect is found within this period, we will repair or replace the affected wallpaper free of charge.

Please note:

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, water exposure, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
• Customized/printed-to-order wallpapers are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically as per the customer’s chosen design, size, or specifications.
• Standard (non-customized) wallpaper rolls may be eligible for return only if unopened and in original packaging — please contact us for details.

We deliver across Dubai and all over the UAE.

• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location within the UAE.
• Customized Orders: Custom-printed wallpapers may require additional production time before dispatch — estimated timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
• Delivery Charges: Free delivery within Dubai on orders above a minimum value (charges may apply for remote areas or smaller orders).
• Express/Urgent Delivery: If you need your order sooner, express delivery is available at an additional charge — please contact us to check availability and cost for your area.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via call/WhatsApp/email with delivery details.
• Inspection: Please inspect your package upon delivery. Any damage during transit should be reported within 24 hours with photos for quick resolution.
